Privacy policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the User of the services of A2N Estudio Jurídico y Fiscal, S. L. P. (“A2N“) about the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, as well as to inform the User of their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.

A2N, as the party responsible for processing the personal data, and being aware of the importance of ensuring the security of Users’ personal data, has adopted the appropriate measures, taking into account the state of the art, the nature, scope and purposes of the processing, in order to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in order to prevent loss or an unauthorised use of such data by third parties or unauthorised personnel.

Gathered data
Merely browsing our web portal does not involve recording data that would identify the User, without prejudice to the use of cookies, the specific use of which is separate on this website and requires prior acceptance.

Notwithstanding the above, for access to other content and for the provision of other services,  A2N may require certain personal data from the User, especially in terms of the User’s name, surname and email address, providing the User with all the necessary information in advance in order to process their data.

Processing and purpose of the gathered data
The main purpose of processing the data gathered will be to manage and provide adequate compliance with the requests for information or queries made by Users and, where appropriate, for the provision of services that are required for this purpose.

Responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided shall correspond exclusively to the User.

In view of the above, the legal basis for processing personal data is to respond to queries raised  by the User or the consent requested for certain functionalities. However, in the event of revoking consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that has been previously carried out. Likewise, the data may be processed in order to improve the web portal, its management and security.

User rights
Users will be entitled to exercise any rights granted by data protection regulations by writing to A2N or by sending an email to  lopd@a2n.es with the reference “Data Protection”, attaching a photocopy of their identity document. This can be done at any time and is free of charge. These rights include the following:

  • Access their personal data
  • Rectifying inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right of opposition.
  • The limitation of processing.
  • Requesting the portability of their data.
  • The deletion of data when legally appropriate.
  • Claiming before the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that the User considers that two rights in this area have been violated.

The communication and transfer of personal data to third parties
The personal data provided will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the event of the exceptions legally provided for with respect to the competent authorities for the exercise of their functions, or with the prior and express consent of the Users.

Data retention period
The User’s data shall be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes which they were collected for or to provide the services which they were collected for, without prejudice to the rights of the Users indicated above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, once the data processing has been completed, the personal data may be retained if required in order to comply with legal or tax obligations.

Changes to the privacy policy
A2N reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to any legal changes that may occur or to improvements or changes resulting from modifications to the website and the way in which our services are provided through it. Said modifications will be individually communicated only in those cases whereby they may individually affect a User in relation to the consent given by them, indicating the possibility of making use of the rights granted to them by the law.
